HYDRO18 – Workshop Session Opportunities

Selected Workshop Sessions will be held on Monday, 29 October 12:00-17:00 and Tuesday 30 October 13:00-17:00 at Doltone House’s The Loft and SoHo Rooms:

  1. The workshops will be two 5-hour sessions and two 4-hour sessions and will be catered for accordingly
  2. Workshop requests must be submitted by email to the HYDRO18 Conference Conference Managers - Conference Solutions at hydro18@con-sol.com
  3. Please include an overview of the nature of the Workshop
  4. The deadline for requests is 03 August 2018

How to Exhibit

Exhibitor Package (per booth):

  1. Shell scheme display stand with dividing panels finished in grey velcro-compatible fabric.
  2. Quality fascia sign with company name on all open sides.
  3. Carpet-tiled floor area.
  4. Two x 60-watt directional spotlights per booth.
  5. One x 4amp general-purpose outlet (additional requirements may be ordered).
  6. Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea for two representatives on each day.
  7. Attendance by two representatives at the “Ice Breaker”.
  8. Attendance by two representatives at the Conference Dinner.
  9. Conference satchels and name badges for two representatives.
  10. Listing on exhibitors’ page in conference handbook.
  11. Additional full registrations from your company at conference early bird rates, and additional trade stand representatives at trade rates.

Stand Size and Fees

All booths are 3m x 2m and the following fees (including GST) apply:

Corporate Member (booked prior to 30 June 2018) $4,500
Corporate Member (booked after 30 June 2018) $5,000
Non-Member (booked prior to 30 June 2018) $5,500
Non-Member (booked after 30 June 2018) $6,000
Multiple stands may be booked. Additional furniture and equipment may be hired from the contractor. The contractor will contact each exhibitor directly to provide a furniture catalogue and request power loading and correct name to be displayed on fascia.

Exhibition Kit and Contract

Once a completed application form and payment has been received, the Conference Managers will send a comprehensive exhibition kit and contract to each exhibitor. The kit will include all information in relation to setting-up your stand as well as details of logistics at the venue and forms for services such as telephone, Internet access etc.

An incentive for exhibitors …….

A ‘Best Exhibition Stand’ competition will be held at the conference. All delegates will be given the opportunity to vote for the best exhibition stand and the winner will be announced on the final day of the conference.

An incentive for delegates……..

A Trade Exhibition Passport will be given to each delegate at registration. Passports that have been endorsed by all exhibitors will be entered into a draw for prizes with winners announced on the final day of the Conference. If you wish to donate a prize, please indicate on the application form with a description of the prize.
